Does submitting the form place an order?
No. This form records purchase interest or partnership inquiries. Submitting it does not create an order or require payment. The sales start date and prices are still to be confirmed.
How many people does one pack serve?
Each Capcay, Sayur Sop, and Sayur Asem pack is intended for 2–3 people. The net weight of each pack is still to be confirmed.
What is included in each pack?
Each pack pairs cut or prepped main ingredients with supporting ingredients. Garlic and chilies are examples of supporting ingredients; they are not guaranteed in every variety. The ingredient list for each variety is still to be confirmed.
Can you deliver to my area yet?
Service areas and delivery schedules are still to be confirmed. The planned route is SegarGo → community locker → community partner → customer’s home. Include your area when registering interest so we can discuss your needs.
How can I ask about becoming a community partner?
Choose “Community partnership” in the form, then tell us about your community and what you would like to ask. We will use your contact details to discuss the locker-to-home role and partnership arrangements. Submitting the form does not confirm a partnership.
